ALA athletics promotes character, integrity, virtue, and substance in our players. Character is the difference maker, not only to improve performance, attitude, and teamwork, but also to produce quality people on and off the playing fields.

2018 Coach's Report:

ALA Cheer continues to work hard, focusing on stunting,  extensions, and cradles. Flyers love their bases, but spotters are super important when learning a new skill, as you can see from the picture. All the time spent in the weight room over the summer and this fall is starting to pay off, as the squad is now strong enough to get 4 flyers in the air.
