Golf Classic
26th Annual ALA Golf Classic
April 27, 2019
The 26th ALA Golf Classic was held on April 27, 2019 at the beautiful Legacy Resort
Named one of the "Top 10 Golf Courses To Play in Phoenix" by Golf Digest, the Legacy Golf Resort is the former setting of Dwight B. Heard's 7,500-acre ranch from the early 1900's. Our Phoenix golf resort is rich in heritage and history, the legacy has taken great pride in preserving the remaining structures and monuments along its 18-hole championship golf course, giving golfers an added opportunity to experience a taste of Arizona history and the Heard legacy.

The 26th ALA Golf Classic was a terrific TEAM effort. We appreciate our 125 players who came out to enjoy a great golf course and show their generous support for ALA athletics. One of our players missed the $10,000 hole-in-one by an inch! A friendly team of volunteers made the event flow smoothly from start to finish.

Thanks to our sponsors — Thrivent Financial, AV Computers, Inc., Tradesmen International and Kim Steiner. With the combined efforts of so many wonderful people, we raised $16,000 for the ALA athletic department. Praise God for this TEAM of people and for His amazing blessings!  View photos.
