5th ANNUAL BENEFIT GALA

The 5th annual ALA Gala, Heart of Phoenix, on March 12, 2016 was a wonderful evening. We celebrated 30 years of blessings on our campus in the heart of Phoenix, and almost $45,000 was raised towards two great projects!
Your gifts towards the "Heart of Phoenix" Gala will be used for need-based tuition assistance as well as a new shade structure for our facility. Tuition assistance and the facility improvements will have far-reaching impact as we serve students at Arizona Lutheran Academy.
We are thankful to each and every one of you who supported our ministry in so many ways! To all who attended the Gala, donated toward the efforts, volunteered at the Gala, and to our generous Gala sponsors, thank you.
God has surely blessed our students through you.

Our Goal
- Our goal for this big event is to support our students in two ways:
1. Construct a sunshade over the courtyard area of the Arizona Lutheran Academy campus. This new ALA shade will replace the current temporary shade structure and provide ample shaded space for lunch and outdoor activities.
2. Assist our ALA families with need-based tuition assistance. Many families need a helping hand to make an ALA education possible for their children. We know that academic and character development benefits students, families, and the community. Everyone wins.

We are honoring our alumni who graduated from ALA in years ending in 1 or 6 as our special Gala guests. Alumni in the classes of 1981,1986, 1991, 1996, 2001, 2006, 2011 may purchase 2 tickets (for yourself and a guest) at this discounted "reunion" rate. Enjoy a delicious meal with a local flair, plus a silent and live auction, entertainment, and an evening of fun!

Honoring our Alumni
- In honor of our alumni celebrating a reunion in 2016, all alumni who graduated from ALA in years ending in 1 or 6 can attend the 2016 Gala for half-price. That's right, 50% off for our ALA reunion-year alumni and a guest!
Additionally, we will make every attempt to seat you with graduates from your class. So round up your classmates and have your 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30-year reunion at the Gala! We'll do all the planning!

- The suggested attire for the evening is "Arizona formal," which as we Arizonans know, can range from bolo ties to black tie. (Go for "wedding attire" -- or as dressy as you'd like to be!)
