> Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) is thrilled to announce the finalists for our 2014-2015 Triple-Impact Competitor Scholarships. With more than 3,800 applicants and more than 8,300 references submitted on their behalf, we are awestruck at the quality and depth of this year's applicants. All are to be congratulated for pursuing the Triple-Impact Competitor model of striving to impact sport on three levels by working to improve themselves, their teammates and their sport as a whole. A Triple-Impact Competitor® makes positive contributions on three levels:
    1. Makes oneself better (Personal Mastery);
    2. Makes teammates better (Leadership); and
    3. Makes the sport better (Honoring the Game).
